Has anyone changed out their radiator for the option with the engine oil cooler and added the lines? Mine did not come with EOC and I want to add it on. I'm hoping its just a simple replace radiator and install lines.

I did when I swapped the V6 (V6 radiator is the narrower version, maybe 27" IIRC vs 34"?) to V8 on my Silverado. I have yet to add the engine oil cooler lines, still has the little red plugs on the connector on the radiator. SMH.

Edit: I think the wider radiator simply bolts to the other set of holes on the radiator support. You can get a matching fan shroud, although I've been running my original narrow fan shroud for like 4 years w/o any issues.

Picked it up from the Transmission shop. Second time having the Transmission rebuilt in this pig. Last time I had it built was in 2012. Maybe I should stop driving it like I stole it. But 12-15 years out of a daily driven 4L60E is pretty good from what I hear.

Damn! Did they gold plate it? Mind was around $2k, for a "stage I" build.

Thats just the going rate in my area. Most shops wants around $3600 to $4500 to R&R and completely rebuild a transmission. I decided to go with this particular shop because I have experience with them and I know they are trustworthy. If O would have driven to a bigger city like Dallas or Houston or something like that, I probably could have found a shop to do it for under $2500, but the cheapest I've found in this area was about $3600.
