What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I am thinking about changing out my factory head unit in my 04 Z71 Suburban with bose. And was thinking about going to a double din touch screen with Bluetooth. What does everyone like? Brand and models please and not trying to bank the bank as I have 10 month old twin girls.

Get the LED ones i love mine. I had smoked but went with candied red ones super bright
