I jumped up and down on it, rocked it back and forth, wiggled the wheels hard as I could and neither gets it anywhere near rubbing, just strange I could see it happening on the front which is typical if running larger tires but the rear doing it just makes no sense to me

If you turn a corner hard, real hard, the side of the tire can move over an inch and not break the bead with the tire. That's what I was referring to in my earlier post.

And sway bar and sway bar end links. The beefed up control arms keep the axle from twisting under high hp applications, that’s why I use the Spohn ones. As far as panhard, I run the QA1 which has a bend that curves around the diff, allowing me to run a girdle on my G80 to keep it together, and it’s beefier than the adjustable or stock ones. So it all depends on how hard you drive, what kind of HP you’re running and how low or high you are as to what components you need to decide on. We also need to keep in mind everything works together so if there’s a weak point it might affect the other components even if they’re not directly related, like if I get axle twist as I’m punching it going around a corner it will affect the suspension by changing the angle of the panhard bar and the end links. At least in my mind it does lol. Which affects the truck....
I wonder why the QA1 says it is only for the 00-06 or up to 08 on hummer, but the dorman shows 00-14, any reason it wouldn't fit the nnbs? and what is this girdle on the g80?

The AC Delco part numbers are the same for the NBS and the NNBS so the QA1 will work, I'm not sure why they don't list the NNBS in the application.

The girdle is probably a cover that has bearing cap supports693451a5cb78bf3fe8532c2faec52d45.jpg

Yes, that's a girdle. I have the TA Performance low clearance one in combination with the QA1 panhard bar and it clears. Along with the bearing cap supports it has a drain plug PLUS it looks great. The main cause of failure with the G80 is bearing failure due to the design of the caps holding them in place and a girdle holds those caps in place. Since I'm boosted it seemed like cheap insurance.IMG_7047.JPG IMG_7048.JPG

How do you remove the rear trailer hitch cover?

Are there screws like the 2015+ ones?
look under the bottom lip edge there is 2 plastic clips that turn 1/2 turn each then you can pull it down and outward from the bottom, the top portion just has a slot it goes into

how do I determine which one of these fits my truck? the measurement on the existing cover looks like about 10", but all the covers say 8.5/8.6
