What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Well, check engine light came on this morning on the way to work. Tuner shows P0300 and the code I've been ignoring P0455. Not sure why cylinder misfire is happening.

The only thing out of the ordinary I did was put in 3/4 of a tank of E85 which I can run. Not sure why that would pop a code. The stabilitrak light is on as well.

Why would the stabilitrak light be on for a cylinder misfire?

Can't tell you exactly why but my suburban shut off stabilitrak when I had a cyl 4 misfire.

did you check the oil? lol
how old are the plugs/wires/coil packs, how many miles on the truck?

@CHOO CHOO the E85 could have thrown the computer off. It turns stabilitrack off when you have a misfire, because it will cut the ignition off and mess with the throttle to limit wheel slippage. If it’s misfiring, the computer does not have fine control over ignition, it cannot cut engine power via ignition to limit slip.

just ordered a new heated clock spring to go with my steering wheel. even though my 2013 tahoe is a ppv, im hoping there's a connector somewhere hidden down there that attaches to the new heated clock spring
