Water probably isn't getting into the motor, that's more than likely condensation. When it's cold out and the engine starts it creates condensation inside the motor. If the motor isn't ran long enough to burn the condensation off it mixes with the oil vapor and creates a milkshake.
Pray tell what oil is that.....

Install a drain valve where?It’s definitely a water/oil emulsion; the fluid is similar too what I’ve seen before. I’m not losing any coolant either. Whenever I pull off the throttle body I see a similar emulsion in the chamber.
I’m just blown away about the amount of it. I’m going to have to find out what the thread is of the drain plug and install a drain valve.
