If those are Anzo’s you can retrofit them with the brackets made for stock Denali headlights, I believe. I did my Denali Anzo u-bars with them.

Good to know. I’ve had them for a while and can’t remember but they might be Anzo. I’ve realized I prefer the stock look overall and don’t want anything extra that can’t easily be replaced (only bulbs). I’ll open some stock housings and paint them black/white

Those are the Syder style lights, and they make a quick retro kit for them that works nicely if the projectors are lined up close enough in stock form...

Theres also a Spec-D kit for other lights...just kinda have to compare them

Also...i ordered stuff. Have my NBS escalade styled gauge cluster face on order as well as some new wood vinyl to wrap the interior bits. Oh and I bought some stuff to do keep fogs on with the brights.

Got the oil cooler delete kit today.

Just for the record, I am not deleting an oil cooler.

I believe I have a slight leak from the factory oil cooler block off plate.

When I was looking for a new gasket I realized that this could be had for only a couple dollars more than the gasket. $11.99 on Amazon delivered the next day.

It is billet aluminum and made in the good ol' USA so naturally I had to have it... lol

It uses an O-ring instead of a flat gasket.

Also received the two Fram Ultra Gaurd oil filters I ordered for the next oil change.

I have never, ever, used Fram filters on anything but these Ultra Gaurd filters are a new synthetic material and are rated to 20k miles. All the reviews over on "Bob is the oil guy" are stellar so I figured I would give them a shot.

I guess I will find out how they do after my next Blackstone oil sample gets tested.

I used the boost auto kit thats supposed to be for the fogs on with brights mod but used it to switch the DRLs on with the fogs. At some point i’ll get another kit to do the same thing but itll keep the drls and fogs on with the high beams and low beams then. All 8 on high i guess you could call it

Couple more pics of the delete kit unwrapped...

O-ring fits perfectly. Quality seems great.
Nice. I have their oil cooler to AN line adapter. Eventually I’ll get a mishimoto oil cooler core and actually have an oil cooler. Just crazy how quickly it gets expensive. Mishi core is like $200, then you need AN line, and fittings are $2.50 to 5.00 a pop. Ugh.

it used to be very to keep the fogs on with the high beams by adding a ground wire to the fog light harness because when you switch the high beams on the bcm cuts the ground to the fogs, that was on my nbs not sure if that is still the case with these trucks or not I haven't checked

Well, I messed up the paint correction on the bumper. Went out and put a third coat and forgot to shake the can. Came out flat and splattered a little. Shook the can for a few minutes and tried again. This morning is still looked terrible so I sanded it all off and will start over tomorrow.

please take a photo. I have clear coat coming off on the hood and roof. I’d like to do the work myself. I also noticed rust on the bottom of the rear driver side door that I’m not thrilled about that showed up over winter.

Ok, will try. Never made it outside today to see how it looked. We're going to try again in a few hours, at first light. Wait, I better check the weather!
