DAMN!! Sounds mean. Should've revved it a few times. Do you have a cam? I forget now. Sounds like it. Is that with that cut out open?

I have a "revving" video I'll post up eventually when I catch my build thread up. TSP Stage2 low lift is the cam. No cut out yet, just straight out the Y-pipe cuz that connection doesn't mate up to my flange.

Got it back from the body shop and all that looks good. Got some residual rust inhibitor to clean up.

I was cleaning ip the wheels and came across a spot where the chrome has separated from the base metal and formed a bubble. I have reached out to the place I bought from and will see what they say. I trust they will take care of me but Im still bummed. Maybe chrome isn’t for me and I need to go with these.

Ain't nothing but a little sectioning of the legs. You'll have to disconnect the rest of the exhaust, like at the joint just after the cross member cuz that part will need to be slid forward a couple inches to maintain the angle of the two legs. Then just add a filler piece to make up for the length.

Sounds easier said than done, but that should be about the gist of it.
Uhh... no. I’ll see though but to put it in perspective the oil pan is off a F body because the stock one is too low, it would hit the ground when it’s aired out. I’m not worried about from the y-pipe back, it’s just tucking the y up high enough to clear the ground when it’s laid out. I won’t know until I try it, maybe it will be ok. The rest of the exhaust will be built by a shop, it’s def not stock.

Aren’t these the same wheels you had an issue with already where one was different/ poor quality?

Yes, it’s weird because they are new in the box wheels with all the correct gm paperwork inside the box covering the installation and care of the wheels. I know GM had their share of issues with chrome wheels over the years.

Actually, as much as I like how these wheels look I don’t know if chrome is for me. I wanted the black machined ones in the first place.

I did hear back from the owner of the business. He is willing to swap me outright for the black machined ones I like and has only asked for me to cover the labor since I am switching all four and not just replacing the one.
