without the parking stop being there not sure, people have had problem with the rear glass not opening and it is usually because of the rear wiper not in the correct position, happened to me on my nbs these are the same design mechanically.

I am going to investigate the wiring from the push button and the latch solenoid and see if they run into the wiper plug and if I can make any sense out of it or bypass it.

But I will plug the motor in first and test everything to confirm our theories and report back. Thanks for the help and brainstorming.

Were you able to figure it out?

Working on it right now brah. Here is the wiring plugs. The blue and the pink with black stripe both go to the wiper motor. The red with white stripe on the wiper plug is power black is ground. If I run a jumper from the red/white to the blue the glass solenoid pops open. Really need a wire diagram.

Ok when I run this jumper from tan to blue on the wiper plug it works. The button and the key fob open the glass. Not sure what to do with the pink/black wire for the glass ajar signal.

Do you get the window ajar message? If so maybe try putting a jumper from the pink/blk to ground--maybe that'll kill the signal?

Nah I think it’s all good man. Warning only comes on when it should. Tailgate open or glass open. No warning when all is closed. I think I got it. :)
