That’s why we here in the great Commonwealth of Pensyltucky have different laws than a state. Slash a tire, pushing up daisy’s or mushrooms. But kill a man get a slap on the wrist and put you go. LOL
I never knew the difference between a commonwealth and an incorporated state til I lived there. I don't want to sound like I'm talking smack, but believe me--I'll never step foot in Pa--EVER! They should put a sign up as soon as you hit Pa---
Come on vacation
Leave on probation
Come back on violation!
Yup!

Yikes, we’re not a communist state, but there are laws that incorporated states don’t have and vice versa. Your what an hour or so from Easton area? If so I can seek ya over from one side to the other on a boat! LOL

Thats what I'm here for, to help out the community.

Dealers say they can't give out gm #'s but it's more like won't, it'll be a lost sale for them. It’s like if your just giving out the answers during a test.
The thing about it was I already had the p/n for 99% of it.

Here is the real kicker.
Front coil springs p/n 20842473
(last 8 BR245859)

So what to do next considering none are available. Only two show up in the whole country (MO and NC) - I called and both are spoken for. Also, there were no other p/n’s listed which superseded them nor any others for cross reference.

Does anyone who lives further south or anywhere things dont rust have any local LKQ/yards they recommend for a set of front coils?
I have all new struts, mounts, hardware, insulators…etc so the options are:

1. Try finding a different coil that fits without throwing off the feel of the ride.
2. Try to return the newly purchased struts and all of the hardware, then look for an aftermarket set?
3. Buy a pre-assembled unit that isn’t cheaply built.

Any suggestions gents? I have no need to lift the vehicle. It could potentially be lowered, but I would have to adjust the rear as well so I don’t end up with the “Carolina lean”.

I was in the Poconos, then I lived in Bushkill, right up the road to Bushkill Falls. Went through a really bad marriage. Separated and I moved to Milford--Pike county. That county is everything that you've ever read about a communist country. If I was in NJ what happened to me in Pa never would've happened because it was such a blatant lie. I don't want to get into it anymore, but doesn't the law say it has to prove you're guilty, not that you have to prove your innocence? Hmmm.....I USED to be in law enforcement in NJ.

I drove through there once. I won’t ever make that mistake again. The only visit to that state I can’t control is a layover if I’m flying somewhere.

Yup. I have nothing bad bad memories there. I will say the foliage is beautiful in the fall. That's it.
Sorry to bring up the bad, had similar issues when I lived near Syracuse and Rochester NY. Hear it’s good not great but good. Looking to retire up north of here on the Delaware.
