Was Friday evening, but I gave it its annual inspection. I didn't test the emissions cuz I already know they're there- I can smell 'em! No SES lights or codes and the gas cap is new. Everything looked compliant once I ignored the tint.

...Okay, so, I actually didn't check a damned thing and this isn't how inspections work. I know all my lights work, the brakes are good and I assume the horn works.

Anyway, it all looked good enough to me so I slapped a new sticker on it:

That’s not an inspection sticker, that’s a Sunshade! Thing takes up half the windshield over there.

Got the 44 piece set earlier this week. And ended up using it to figure out the thread on the quick disconnect fittings for the trans cooler lines in the radiator.
5/8-18
Now too find an fittings that I can put in there and actually utilize the integrated trans cooler in the Cold Case since I don't have to worry about this one mixing coolant and ATF like the stock one potentially can.
Takes a while for trans fluid to heat up in the mornings now that the weather is cooling off. Eventually sits around 150-160 with normal driving.
And that's with a 180° thermostat before the trucool.

So I said f it and pulled the trigger.
Had one of the supernova v4s that I've been running for 50,000 miles and 3 years burn out.
So through a factory bulb back in for the time being and there's a huge light output difference, of course this is with the weird vinyl cut off line I added.
Then ordered the alpha Rex pro series halogen projector headlights. Ordered LEDs for them also, but they are still on the way. Headlights came in less than 24 hours of my order because they're only 15 miles away from me.

Projectors seem to have a pretty darn clean cut off and pretty good light output for a halogen bulb, still not as bright and usable as the factory housings in my leds, but definitely an upgrade from stock... Adjusting them was slightly annoying, it took a lot of movement on the adjuster before it got down to where I needed it, but you can do it with just about any tool.

So they definitely stick out funny to fit the projector, but it only looks weird from the side a little bit. Actually doesn't look too bad from the front, but I unplugged the stupid LED strip inside before even installing. LOL
