Picked these up and went to install them. I noticed they are only rated for 200 hrs. Um, no… not when i have to take the front bumper off to get to them. At $60.00 they are going back. I am not sure what I want to do here. I would really like to try some Morimoto 2stroke 3.0 but there is not much room behind these lights. I am afraid they wont clear the core support. Plus $200 is a bit steep to me. Going to do more research.

KeylessOption Keyless Entry Remote Control Car Key Fob Replacement for Cadillac Escalade ESV, EXT https://www.amazon.com/dp/B010O0L7E...abc_NSPYVBM1RKVS2495WQ4J?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Will this work on my 08 Yukon Denali??
probably not unless your module happens to be the same number, there are other options you can order a fob case to make it look like the caddy remote or get a updated looking fob from boost auto and then transfer that to a AJT case those are pretty nice
I went with all black but they make all different colors and you can mix-n-match

I towed my car on a uhaul car trailer. Not the dolly. Used regular mirrors just fine in my NBS. Have yet to tow with this but I don’t see myself getting different mirrors or anything to do so. I was able to see everything needed with the mirrors the truck came with.
A flatbed or car hauler wouldn’t be an issue, it’s a longer enclosed trailer that make using “tow mirrors” a much nicer addition - especially when backing up a longer enclosed trailer with extra head height.

As much as i like those, they're no longer on my list. They're pretty expensive and i can get the output i want for less with an HID retrofit. These are sealed units, so if the bulb goes out you have to replace the whole unit is my guess

Hmm? Does “work on a replacement” mean - “Sure thing! Just send us your old ones, then pay full retail and shipping for a new set.”?

Rotating/cleaning the wheels/tires this morning. Found this at the passenger side UCA. Does it appear to be the OE ball joint or boot going bad? No play that I can replicate. No tear that I can see in the boot either. These appear to be the factory originals. With 150k on the clock, it may be time to replace the control arms anyway to freshen up the bushings.

I’d just clean it up and observe. No play, no reason to replace. That stain could have come from the road. Tires pick up anything on the pavement and sling it around.

There’s a lot of stuff that I can’t find in my local stores lately. I went to Ace Hardware yesterday to buy an old work electrical box so I can add a cable outlet in my MBR and they were out of almost all electrical boxes so I thought, no biggie I’ll go to Home Depot where they have a huge inventory. I’m standing there looking and I see zero old work boxes- no singles, doubles, triples, deep, shallow…the entire area where they were supposed to be was empty. I pulled out my phone and ordered a set of 3 (couldn’t buy a single) from Amazon. It will be here today. They’re the only retailer that seems to be keeping everything in stock. As I was walking out of HD, I went by the construction adhesive section and it was empty as well, and there were several people on phones calling their bosses to tell them. I see Amazon has it in stock.
Amazon is on the driver's seat right now sad to say. They certainly planned ahead.

Yessir. Between their own logistics and their massive amount of new warehouse space built in the last few years they saw this coming. They even bought their own fleet of 747’s and are continuing to grow all arms of the supply chain. They’re way out in front of so many things it’s ridiculous.

Same here!
I haven't shopped for an old work box in years. It was always one of those standard items that you just go and get. Not these days. I went up and down the aisle thoroughly convinced that I was just overlooking them.

I know,I actually had to ask an employee where the old work stuff is and he said “ well it’s supposed to be this whole area here if we had any but it looks like we don’t”.
I can see the manager at the plant saying “well we’re at half production so let’s just stop making stuff for remodels. They don’t need extra outlets and stuff, but new construction has to carry on”.
