¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If you use rubber it will hold tension for a while. To circle back on the wheel cap spacers, I found some similar size ones in the hardware bins at Lowes. They’re nylon, about a buck a pair.

Looks like the white parts are gonna go good with the white part that separates the grill

The shrouds on a Morimoto mini H1 barely clear the lenses on stock NNBS headlights, mine on my Silverado are so close I think they’re touching and it looks like yours are the same. Were they packed in foam that the housings fit snugly in? Either way that sucks. I suppose you have to file a claim with UPS? You could probably bake the lens off and touch that up. Maybe you’ll get the lights for free.Livid.. lights just got here, but looks like UPS dropped them..... You had one job!!!! Wtf is wrong with people.
Banged up box. Paint chips here and there where things shifted. This one for example. It wasn’t like this in his photos. That took some serious force to mess it up like that. The lens is actually dented. One of the high beams is popping out a little, and at least one of the bowls (the entire piece for LB/HB) is knocked out of place.

He better for what he’s charging you for those lights…
JB Weld? That repair is good for another 100K!The split and patched area of the old one. The split was nearly 3” long, but at the top of the tank, opposite the hot return hose.
JB Weld held it for about 700 miles, with the pressure cap on very loosely.

Not a Jab at all. Just know he’s gonna stand behind his product with what he’s charging. You get what you pay for, and if you pay, by god you’re gonna get. He’s gonna make it right…I agree, and based on my prior conversations with him, I never had any doubt that he would make it right. And not sure if that’s a jab at his prices, but I think the pricing is totally reasonable.
It was still leaking a bit because I couldn't reach the area effectively to work it in. Not badly, since I only lost 2-3 quarts of coolant in the 500 mile beeline home.JB Weld? That repair is good for another 100K!
