Replaced DDM's H11 with Morimoto Elites. Too much RFI in my CB radio with the headlights on to be useful when I was running the DDM's.

After what seemed like a 72hr nextflix marathon taking the moldings off (it was only about 3hrs) they're finally off. Digging the new look. Now if I could only do bodywork and paint I'd take that rear wiper off.

I know it's a couple weeks old your post, anyways, how easy/hard was it to remove the roof racks? And what is it you placed up there to cover the bolt holes?

I love the flat top look of the SSV/PPV Tahoes and want to remove my rack for the same look, just can't find anything solid to cover the track bolt holes with.

I went to fastenal and took one of the stock screws used to mount the roof rack with me. Asked them if they had anything with the same thread but as short as possible and they came back with some that are only about a .25" long used those with some silicone and was good to go
