Been looking ( half assedly) for this exact thing....
Little pricey and i know i can make it i just don’t have the time....

Yea, i hear ya looks simple to do and can use better material. But the guy selling it made a good decision on making and selling this for stock applications.

These are the "rear" shock extenders i got from supreme suspension on amazon. But when the tech went to put them on they didnt fit. So my Q is: are these for the front or a silverado?

It took a week, but I painted the grill surround to match body color, and blackened out the bow tie. Will get better pictures tomorrow, but here's one for now. Not too bad for rattle can GM paint.

Part number or whatever for that paint? I'm under then impression that Graystone Metallic in aerosol can is hard to come by and/or it doesn't match very well. Yours looks great! You mind posting a close-up comparing the part you painted to the factory part? Did you use any clear or is it a single stage?

I got the paint through Amazon, I attached a picture of the cap with the part number. I used epoxy primer, sandable primer, paint, and I used dupli color clear coat. I think I may try and find a better clear coat though. I will get a close shot tomorrow, it turned out almost a perfect match.

That actually looks pretty good. Something to consider for my wife's Tahoe, too.

The only thing is that I probably wouldn't trust myself enough to do the painting, and paying somebody to do it would sort of defeat the purpose... I would need to get a separate cheap (IF they exist...) grill first and do a practice run.
