Installed LED tail lights and reverse light bulbs, opened up the passenger door pull (should be a recall / class action lawsuit as so many are broken due to weak design) and reinforced with small square steel rod and aluminum angle then poured in plastic epoxy.

Got my preliminary custom tune installed on the Burb and put some miles on it so I can do another log to send to Lew.

well you could always buy one of those 8 point mic kits and place them all over under the truck and narrow it down that way, I have almost had to do that before.

I was almost there before taking the spray and pray approach with the silicone spray. Sprayed the LCA bushings, exhaust hangers, and strut isolators and mounts. After all that its gone and I can finally enjoy the new ball joints and the much improved ride.

On another note, a little disappointed that R1 was out of stock of the rear Geomet rotors, had to get eLines for the rear. Oh well, gotta be better than my warped rotors and unevenly worn pads.

Out of stock? Not worth waiting for?

So the Tahoe came back from the shop yet again with another long list of things wrong with it, all 4 ball joints are bad, radiator is leaking, master cylinder is leaking, front left hub has play, front axle seals are shot, front and rear diff fluids are dirty (rear diff has less than 5k on it) and the oil pan is leaking and that's around a year old. Any suggestions or anyone else have these issues and know how much it might end up costing me or would it better to get rid of it. On a high school budget i cant afford to put thousands in repairs every other month, i love the car but just don't know if i can afford it anymore.

Drew, sorry to hear but most of that stuff can be done yourself. I've been there with past cars and you never know when to cut your losses. How many miles on the truck?
