Front upper ball joint is what need to be trimmed to clear cv axle
For the rear 4 inches or more theres the free travel mod where u cut the bump stop brackets

This, I had to have mine trimmed because it cut my CV boot and grease was slinging everywhere..

Scored an unused third row seat off craigslist today. Cost me almost five hundred. But after sending two sets back from ebay (paid more too) I was kind of getting tired of buying people's non functioning shinola seats.
It came out of a same year (2011) Escalade. Perforated leather and middle seat belt. Now with the front jump seat my Tahoe is a 9 passenger.
Funny part though is the front seats are cloth, second row is vinyl and third row is leather. At least they all match. Lol.

Ha..... added 3rd row to my barn door 01...LS... all cloth except 3rd row.... noone ever noticed, said anything or maybe just didnt care.....

Ahh ok it was part of the travel mod, i forgot about that haha. Had me thinking i had to cut more.

I ended up cutting it flush with the nut otherwise the cv wouldn't go on . I've read that it's normal to have to cut it on 4x4/awd

Its taking longer since hes never installed one on a truck but has done many lifts. It also didnt have any instructions to help..
