What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Freed up some HP and improved MPG... win, win.

Should've also gotten better A/C performance at idle since the fans can run at their full speed to cool the condenser whereas the clutch fan is only gonna spin at engine idle RPM. I loved the Taurus fan I put on my S10.

Would you happen to have a diagram to do that? Along with which thermostatic switch you used? I have my fans just sitting in my garage. I'd like to finally get rid of my clutch fans.

If I were you, and i didn't want to have them programmed to turn on, then i would probably use this...

It will control 2 fans and has an A/C control input so it will turn the fans on with the A/C.

The temperature setting is adjustable and it has a simple probe that inserts between the fins of your radiator to detect the temperature.

To be on the safe side i would probably use it as a controller to turn on some heavier duty (60A-80A) relays.

Very productive day, order new springs, rear shocks, swaybars and coilovers. Also picked up these from the junkyard for about 240 bucks. Door panels from an 08 escalade. Gonna put em in next week.

Well if you have the factory relay harness then you could either have your ECM programmed to control them or get the Hayden controller and use it to control the factory relay harness.

Very cool. But I’m wondering why you wouldn’t just program the BCM (ECM?) to activate the fans based on temp?
