Does this work for front or back? I know the weights are different between the two.

On my Denali, the front and rear axles take the same.
My owners manual says 75w-90 synthetic axle lubricant (GM part #89021677)

My 2012 owners manual does say 80w90 for the front, but I’ve used 75w90 synthetic on multiple GM front diffs over the years and haven’t had any issues.

Posi additive already mixed in or do I need to add it? G80 rear.

Tear apart the old one and see if it can be repaired. Reflow solder, etc. Dissection time...

10-4099 is the same as 10-4016? Just gallon? How was it using the gallon? Did you use a pump?
I believe it is the same, just different size containers. It’s on order and should arrive tomorrow I think.
