Ive done dozens of LS cam swaps, I've seen copper on 75% of them. I've always just run em and never had issues. Run it!

Been reading that they might come like that from the factory.
Something about GM line honing the bearings after installing or something silly...

I've been parked outside for a couple weeks now and when I opened the rear to get some stuff out, I had a wet spot on the right rear corner of the floor liner. I could see a faint outline in the headliner directly above it. I didn't see any evidence that it was leaking through the wire boot, so I'm assuming it's a leaky roof rack screw. I guess it's time to weld 'em shut and repaint the roof.

...Or rearrange the shop so I can park in there again.

We found another one, at the back of the driver's rear wheel well, the sealant didn't cover a little hole, and in that area was dried mud and water. We sealed it with RTV, what else! LOL

Drove daughter to day care. Glad my wife didn’t take the hoe to work cause of the snow. While driving I decided to use 4wd. Then it wouldn’t come out and said service 4wd system... Turned off at daycare, come back out after a few minutes fire up and switched to 2wd and is now working. I hoping the motor actuator was just stuck from not being used since maybe April when I pulled someone out. Anything you guys suggest I look into incase this situation arrives again? I’ll be researching YouTube videos later.
