Snowshoing is always a good time!

Only thing I miss about living in Maine is all of the winter sports

I agree, except when we took them out Sunday night which was right after a few hours of colder, dryer snow. We attempted to do a ~2mile hike but turned around about half way after we started postholing up to our waist every few steps! That was completely exhausting and not something I'm eager to repeat.

Yeah my drinking has tapered off. Before kids I was a 5 night a week drunkfest.

Now I have to much going on to wake up and feel like smashed dogshit.

I think its supposed to rain today................but driving to work in a clean truck with the motor running right......priceless.
My habit was a 12 pack every night after work and way more on weekends. I never had hangovers but there were a few times I’m sure I was still a bit drunk when I showed up for work if I went on a real bender. Been sober 14 years. :)

Is there a “Bad Habits” thread in here somewhere. There was one in the GMSB site and got plenty of traffic. Some guys could maybe use the support of old dried up boozies like us.

closest to that i have ever experienced would be during a cruise.
I knew a guy that got black out drunk every night, most negative person i have ever met.

I had to hold back from making fun of him while he was going off about how bad his life was.

This one time he went off about how he couldn't afford a car and blah blah.
Me knowing he made about the same as me, i broke out the ol key chain for lols.

Me: i start counting off my keys and naming what they went to.
Key 1: House
Key 2: Blazer
Key 3: Boat
Key 4: Motorcycle
Key 5: The bigger boat
Etc.

Him: Thanks Chris, i feel much better now
Me: no problem!

:D

Drinking every day, i couldn't do it.
Starts making ya sad about stupid shit...

ugg, as i'm pricing out gaskets that i can't reuse, and bolts for everything.
I'm already up to $550

then i start looking at some 6.0 short blocks...
2300 +/-

how badly would it run with my 5.3 heads?
:hmmm2:

Well parts came in today. Installed the 08 style A/C belt tensioner and belt, also finally installed the setup belt also

After 7 years and 80k Still looks good

Also got the power steering lines but they look good just need to replace the clamps

Are the lines leaking at the fittings?

Have any of you mounted a solar panel to your luggage rack? I’m trying to think up the best way to do this. My main hurtle is how to get the PV cables thru the roof.
