I have one I got years ago with a can of seafoam deep creep for cleaning intake manifolds. Its just a 3’ spray straw with several holes around the end and a plug so it sprays 360. If I had to replace it I would get this:Did you ever try one of those?

Don’t worry, you’re not the only one with this issue. Bummer you couldn’t get it out of there with a set of vice grips. That’s the only thing that I’ve ever found to work besides welding a nut/bolt in place.Manifold-cat flange studs had enough, threads magically disappeared. Thankfully O'Reilly's had dorman manifolds in stock.
That lil guy in the back could be why bank 1 is always leaner...
Grabbed it with vice grips and it just sheared off right inside the head... So it'll stay there until I pull the engine.
