Is that the oil drain plug? Makes it easier to drain?
Yes.

It makes life easier in two ways:
1. It prevents me from having to use a socket wrench to drain the oil (which eliminates me having to clean oil out of my socket, off my wrench, and off my arm).

2. If I wish, I can drain most of the oil directly into a disposable container (instead of an oil catch basin) by using a bit of flex tubing.

bought new brake pads. the RAYBESTOS E3 just didn't work at all for my application. to much initial bite. probably be great on a normal truck, to much going on with the regen and stuff in these.

stopped by a dealer, original pads completely discontinued, lists normal pads for the front and nothing listed as usable for the rear. plus 400$ for pads is crazy if they even had them.

trying some super quiet warner brand another hybrid did well with. we shall see.
