yeah it was just too much black with the wheels and stuff, but the handles break it up nicely imo. I need to snag some stock black handles as these are looking kinda ragged anyway. I am gonna make a trip to the upull and pay lots end of week and pick some stuff up, may look into doing the s-10 temp/info roof console since they are cheap and maybe snag a couple mrk8 electric fans while I am there. any needs or wants can be pm'd I will see what I can do....:Handshake:

have you thought about painting the valance black??

Yes I have...but then again I have thought of shooting the whole thing black too..I may tinker with more plasti dip this weekend. The nice thing with plasti dip is you can go back with no ill effects.

Scored full skid plating from the local boneyard for only $40 :happydance: Now I just need to find mounting hardware for them. On a whim, just for kicks and giggles I stopped by the junkyard to see if they had any skidplates, not only did they have some from a 94 burb, they were already taken off! Still slathered in oil though, do can't say I didn't get dirty.

The oil was really broke down. I did the oil change (no more)
tapping and the oil pressure gauge is reading a lot better at idle 40.

dropped of my stock Tahoe rims to get powder coated (so I can take off the chrome Denali/Escalade rims and not damage the chrome this coming winter)
