climbed my big butt into the the back seat of the 2dr over the rear seat into the cargo area to pull the door panel off the right barn door since the lock actuator froze and wouldnt let me unlock the truck. pull the rod out of the actuator now i can lock and unlock the door with ease

Mine has done the same thing couldn't find the correct replacement if you do please post where you found it.

Finally installed new y pipe and cats. No more exhaust leaks! But now those heat shields are rattling.

Cant tell if rear main is leaking.. or oil from my leaky drain plug is just being blown all over the pan and bell housing.

And i got the bumper back together.

Its from Muffler Express. I bought it brand new still in the box off of craigslist for cheap.

Did you get the whole cat system as a unit? Did you have to remove much to get it out? I need to replace mine as well.

Yes, i got it as an entire unit.

Gotta pull 3 02 sensors. 3 nuts on muffler-end flange. 3 nuts on each exhaust manifold. Spray everything with pb blast or liquid wrench and let sit/soak for a day. Do expect to snap studs at the muffler-end flange. I noticed one of the studs in the flange, was welded in. The bead where GM welded in the cat comes in contact with the stud. Kit should come with new nuts and bolts mine did. Had to use heat to get bolts off exhaust manifolds. Replace donut gaskets while its apart too.
