look at it this way. have someone hold a wot(engine off of course) while it is being held grab the shaft and see if it will open more. if so find a way to tilt or move the shaft back while keeping the cables relatively straight going into the sheaths. just need to have some minor slack with out killing extra input from peddle. cruise cable not as important on slack for the most part.

replaced the fuel pressure regulator..... what a pain!

then I decided to run down and check out my duck blind to see what kind of maintenance would need to be done before the season gets here. on my way back I decided to take a "short cut" that you have to cross a small creek on. not sure what happened but I hit a decent size hole that has never been there in the past... much to my surprise some water splashed up on the intake and got the K&N filter wet :( . so it looks as I may have to be rethinking the cai

And you could say my previous bushings were pretty shot... hah. No wonder the thing wobbled all over the place.

nah they are there and intact - looked like water came up by the headers on the pass side hit the under sided to the hood and then ran to the open air box... im not positive on that but I know the under side of the hood was wet and so was the K&N element

would not have hurt anything that small of amount. if anything it might have caused a temporary air cooling effect.
