The system itself is pretty simple. The pain in the ass is parts are expensive and it's hard to find leaks. You shouldn't have to take the whole front clip off to fix it, just the plastic grille on the front. That only takes 5 minutes to remove.

I'm not working on it right now, i'm doing an engine and transmission swap to an NV4500 and he wants to remove the front clip to put it all in at once, I don't want to break open a fully charge system, especially one with rear ac.

Haven't done much but drive it lately, ordered poly control arm bushings for it

Having 4.56 gears put in front and rear to match my 35s. Adding truetrac and getting rid of the stock posi. Thing should be badass before I take it to the dunes in a few weeks.
