What is up with Black Flame Customs?

I have reached out to them multiple times to discuss ordering a set of PnP projector HID's but can't ever get them to give me a call. It concerns me that afterpurchase support would be nonexistent

I know them to be caring and concerned about my satisfaction, hate to hear you are having trouble prior to the sale. JB answered every email I sent which had be close to 100......LOL

Hey Clay,

Like HBR I myself am a very happy customer. Got my headlights from them about a week ago! I LOVE THEM but nonetheless there customer service is great! They want to definitely make sure you are happy with there product. Before and after the sale JB and I were in constant communication. If he doesn't reply back to you in the same day something is wrong. Just a heads up they are closed Sunday & Monday!

Just saw this. Gene sorry about the phone calls. I'm in/out of the back shop so much finding quiet phone time is tough. Emails are always a win here.

Glad we finally talked today, glad we've got you set up for the build as well!

We received a PM from a moderator on here with Vendor info too (for some reason we couldn't find it) -- hopefully we'll be signing up as official vendors before the month is out!
