What to do with my Yukon

Ok guys
I have a 01 GMC Yukon XL 2500 4X4 that we are not using any more ( can't afford to drive ) any way I'm been thinking of reboding it. I would like to find a 68-72 suburban body or pick up body to put in it and make a street rod toy out of it.
Any ideas ? any problems you can see I would have?

Sell it and put the money in savings. You'll go for broke trying to do that conversion right, and in the end, it still wont be right.

if you cant afford the gas for it, you cant afford that type of project.

I guess I should have said I don't need to drive the gas hog anymore but I could make a weekend project truck out of it

Be prepared to drop a TON of money into it to do it. Chances are, it wont turn out correctly. Id just flush the turd. On to the next.
