trucks been running rich exhaust smells heavy no cels all new plugs wires ran some gas treatment thru it but didnt help much... any ideas would be great

ya know i was thinking that aswell i think imma change em out just for the hell of it...would that also mess with idle a bit?

Pick up a can of CRC electric parts cleaner and spray the f*ck out of your MAF wire.Also maybe a good Seafoam treatment through your intake would not hurt.

This may help smooth out your idle issue.

Yes, it would as it is in open loop vs closed loop. So you're not ruunning stoich but in fact rich......say 12:1 AFR vs 14.7 AFR in closed loop.
