I haven't seen any mention of insurance, fault, etc. That would largely determine the course of action.

No insurance it was a hit and run, and we just had liability since job searching .This is what I was thinking. This has what insurance is for.

Ah man I am sorry. I had same thing hapoen yrs ago. Car was total ride off after that I always check to make sure I have uninsured motorist. I think it may cover for that too.Hit and Run just liability

He hit me as he was coming off side street. I was already doing 40 he was turning left. Plowed me pushed me away and he was ghost. Left lots of plastic behind thats all.How does someone t bone you that hard and run away quick enough that you can't identify the car or plate and report it? Couldn't possibly be hard for police to find the perp.
Not ragging, just doesn't add up to me.
