Headers first, No tune needed for those. They will also work with better with a tune. I would do headers , order some G2 or Yukon gears I run 4.10's with an eaton posi, then look into some ported and polished heads, a beast sun shell for that tranny. Shift kit either a yank or Circle D converter with a higher stall.

Is this a Daily driver? Or a extra vehicle / Play toy?

For starters, I would recommend the Trailblazer I6 torque converter, headers&exhaust, intake, and cam (and maybe efans if you want), roughly in that order.

The torque converter is a huge upgrade, and none of those upgrades require a tune until you install the cam/efans, then everything can be tuned once and be done unless you plan to modify further.

Good looking0ut brother, any website u recommend for the torque converter? I'm already looking into a cam, I'm talking with a support from comp Cams, he recommended a 54-414-11 with valve springs for $600.

Used to be a few guys on eBay that sold the I6 Trailblazer converters new/refurbished. No idea if they still do or not. I see them pop up quite a bit over at Performance Trucks as well.

Yukon gears are an upgraded ring and pinion set for your stock axle. Because you're improving the performance and gain some extra torque, it's needed to help bring down the RPMs and to keep your transmission from dropping down gears on steep hills.

You can find them on Summit Racing, 4WheelParts, JEGs, etc. Just make sure it is for your axle model (GM 10 bolt) and the proper gear ratio.

The limited slip aids with getting the power to the ground. It's basically an "in axle" traction control.

Yank Performance
B&M
Powerglide

those are just a few torque converter companies that come to mind. Make sure you order (and research) the correct stall value. 3400-3800 seem to be the best number for our pigs.
