He's selling what you want for $500 Very nice deal IMO. You won't find them in that good of shape for cheaper I don't think. Definitely not in a junk yard.

It comes with the step pad, and hitch cover so I doubt you will get one much cheaper but look on.

If someone messed up your rear bumper just have the body shop order the denali bumper and pay the difference in price.

1) Would it look good or dumb?
2) Should I do it?
