The 2.3L retails ~$6,900 with stock Whipple tuning, no shipping. We can do better than that, but mid $5K is a deal. :Handshake:

With any supercharger, you can expect to see ~100+HP gain, that will also depend on your supporting mods.

I haven't forgotten about you though Tony.

How dependable is the stock plug and play tune? as with any supercharged application, best results will be seen with a dyno and wideband o2 hookup, but how driveable or dependable is the stock tune without the dyno?

You pretty much summed it up there. The Whipple stock tuning comes on a handheld, so it is just a cookie cutter tune, usually very modest. We do offer packages with our tuning options as well.

A dyno tune is not always the best way to go (against what most people say). A load bearing dyno tune, with a tuner that understands F/I, is one of the better ways to go- but you should always follow up with a street tune. Vehicles drive different on the dyno than they do on the street. I would never recommend anyone get just a dyno tune, let alone a F/I tune, on an inertia dyno.
