My mint '01 Yukon 4x2 5.3 has 241,000 miles on the clock. Only one tie bar replaced, alternator, fuel pump, and an air conditioner compressor--bound to go out in the South Texas heat.

2000 yukon XL 225,000 miles

original trans and engine, planning on a trip soon to drive 3000 straight miles.

sidenote- just finished a trip last week in my 91 suburban 2500 4x4 4l80 with 235,000 miles on it. Drove 2450 straight miles with no stopping other than gas. ran for 47 hours straight without a hiccup. 5.7 350 tbi

If these engines are maintained and taken care of, they can last quite a bit!

I have a 01 Yukon XL SLE 5.3 engine. It has 320,100 miles. Have had to replace the driver side wheel bearing, and ball joints. The alternator and the fuel pump. The engine has burned oil since day one and I was unhappy about that but with the miles on the engine now and it's running ok I really have no complaints.

I just purchased a 2004 4wd 4.8 Yukon. It has 141,000 miles and seems to run very strong but the transmission was just replaced.

I know this doesn't count but I put 602k on my 97 Dodge 3500 2wd Cummins, and 258k on my 04.5 Dodge 3500 2wd Cummins.

197k on the 2000 tahoe.

only major repairs include

trans at 70k
fuel pump at 30k under warranty
everything below here was replaced in the last 2k miles. some of it wasn't neccessary but i wanted to get a lot of general stuff done at around the 200k mile point. haven't done anything really the last 2 years so it needed it.
blower motor resistor
oil pump
water pump
oil pan gasket, timing cover gasket (to be honest, the only one that really needed replacement was the rear main seal, which i wasn't able to get to yet lol)
hoses/belts
spark plugs
a/c compressor
radiator (randomly at the beach a huge crack formed in the plastic)
power steering pump and gear (mainly due to oversized tires. pump was probably okay, steering gear i believe was damaged in the accident i was in)
inner/outer tie rods
pitman arm
idler arm/idler assembly

everything else is just regular maintenance
oil change (3-4k interval)
coolant flush (50k interval)
trans fluid flush (50k interval)

I've got 311k on my 04 Yukon Denali. Just had the trans rebuilt two weeks ago. That and water pump are the only things that have needed replacing.

Just rolled over 227K, bought this one new and to date only minor repairs, i.e. new water pump, changing plugs and filters, etc. I do a lot of towing and have had no issues although I do a transmission flush about every 40K. As of last weekend I am going to have to replace the wiper pulse module - this is probably one of the worst design features that GM has ever put on a truck.

Nawl, I say the Damn ECBM, that thing has went out in many GM vehicles and the cost to replace ran me $1285. Ouch!
