Thanks for the tips guys, I have a metal fan blowing on the underside right now trying to dry it all off. It really smells pretty strong in the garage.
edit: I have not however, noticed anything leaking on the ground. Though gasoline would evaporate fairly quickly I suppose.

Ok I don't really see anything that looks wet. It seems to be a stronger smell when the tank is full. I think there might be some drips of fuel mixed with the road water towards the rear most tank strap ?
Also, what is the square box that the evap solenoid is mounted to? I have a picture..

I had the same issue last year on my 04 and it turned out to be my fuel pump. Check the underside of your tank mine was leaking from the top and running under the tank.

Was your smell stronger when you filled up? Was it the gasket around the top of the pump that failed? Pretty sure mine is the original pump at 154,000 miles.
