For you guys that have an aftermarket front bumper that exposes the window washer reservoir, what have you done to help protect it?

After I put my front bumper on, I don't like how much it hangs done and is exposed as much as it is.

I was thinking of maybe fabricating something out of sheet metal or plastic to wrap around it as one idea. Another idea is relocating it to a different part of the engine bay but that could be a big deal considering its shape. The third idea is to find a shallower tank maybe.
What ideas do you guys have, or have tried?

Mine is in the stock location and it has never been a problem.
Thanks @Tozan . Good to know. I may do something yet, though.

Hey, what fender flares do you have on your rig?
Also, your signature says you are using a Warn 9500. Have you ever wished you had a bigger winch for your set-up?

My flares are made by Bushwacker the fit and finish is very sub par and they had to be trimed to fit the bumpers. I would not recommend them.

The 9500 is rated a lot heavier than my rig. Plus I actually have never used to to get unstuck it has only been used to aid other people...

I recently built a high clearance front bumper and removed the washer reservoir. I've got a secondary battery set up in my rig so I'm planning on fabing up an aluminum reservoir on the right side infront of the radiator/ next to the headlight area. If I remember the dimensions right I was planning on getting a 4" piece of round tubing 12" long and welding on a additional rectangle piece off to the left of it where the sensor and pumps will be mounted.

Would love to see what you come up with for the wash tank!
