I can tell my battery is going downhill... On the list in the next 2 months.... Starting to labor as it cranks over....
Just a quick story... Last year my 16 started to go into limp mode when driving - some like "power reduction". Scan was showing TB position sensor. Removed TB and totally cleaned it up. Worked fine for around a month and then it came back. Replaced TB position assembly - same thing. Finally took it to dealer and they did a test on the battery - showed bad. Replaced battery and the gremlin never came back.

If you have electronics or warning light issues on any vehicle, the first thing to always suspect is the battery. These newer vehicles are highly susceptible to voltage changes or losses. Many systems simply just won't function if they are low even 1-2 volts. It's cheap, easy to inspect, and if you think you need one you probably do need one anyways.

Yea, just because the battery wil crank over the engine and start your vehicle, it does not mean that, down deep, the battery is good.

Anyone have any aftermarket wiper recommendations? Front or rear.

One that fits or comes with an appropriate adapter?
the Trico Force are a nice performance wiper, I can confirm "no lifting" @130mph in the rain, they are rated 140+
pretty reasonable price $15 each, a comparable product such as the bosch icon's are $50+ retail
prices can vary too rockauto usually has these for $7.50 but can vary as well

I have a 2018 Yukon and buy the 22” Michelin blades that Costco sells in Canada. There is an adapter in the package but seem to recall is not needed. I install a new blade on the driver’s side every 3-4 months, moving the old one to the passenger side side, enjoying a new blade without being too wasteful.

Anco Contour blades on Amazon or Maybe Rock Auto. Best blades at a fair price. A lot of people blame wiper blades for streaking and chattering but you need to clay bar your windshield to remove the dirt and carwash wax even if you don’t get wax the car in front might have. Don’t use windex just use invisible glass cleaner without ammonia
