And now back to the in-flight movie... she show up with a baseball bat yet...? I had a crazy one try that once...

No, she's just trying to set me up for something. I do it all by the book, document everything, keep my lawyer in the loop, call when there is a violation of DVI etc. I keep getting messages in regards to "lost" mail. I've turned over all mail. You'd think they would have specific mail sent to a specific address, but then they couldn't blame me for taking mail, which I've never seen or would ever take. It's tiresome.

Well shit. For some reason I quit getting notifications for a couple days and boy oh boy did I miss a LOT. Nice you got the truck back but like I figured, it’s just the start, especially since there’s a kid involved. I’ve had my share of crazies, every woman I’ve been in a long term with has turned out to be one. I gave up after the last one, had to have her removed from my house by the police. She has 2 daughters, not by me, and she kept them both from me but the oldest turned 18 about 6 months after we split and she moved in with me. I’m the only dad she’s ever known, I started dating her mom when she was 9 and she had only seen her biological dad once or twice in her life. He moved halfway across the country right after she was born. Her youngest daughter was never allowed to see me and has turned out really bad, drop out, ******, homeless, etc. The other I consider to be my daughter, and she calls me her dad. She is the first to graduate not only HS but has a college degree, and currently going to school to be a nurse. So good things can happen, you just have to do what you can. I have a feeling you’re going to get custody and be a great dad.

Thanks, sounds like you already are.
Its been almost 40 days since I saw her. She's my only kid... Life is tough, kids make you love more and she brings out the best in me. The court system, is slower than I ever imagined. Doing my best to hold it together.. It's hard when I might randomly speak to her on a phone call and trying to explain to a 5 yr old that you want to see her...but have no power or choice.

Life always throws you curve balls even when you think you have it figured out.

One of my Soldiers, now friend went through a similar situation. The mother/his Ex was a straight POS. The boys were developmently behind 2 years because of her neglect. 3 years and $40k later he was finally award 100% legal and total custody of them.

Hopefully, you will not have to spend that much. Sounds like she has buried herself in every possible way.......and the courts will see that with all of the evidence you and your lawyer have. Its just a waiting game right now with the virus shit.

I work in the cyber security world/domain.......its very hard to go off the grid now. IE facial recognition, bank records, internet/cellphone usage and best is the IRS with tax filings. A crafty well versed lawyer knows how to file the right paperwork.

Best of luck and hold the course man
