And don't get me started on that little black plastic strip on top of the nav screen that should be plood so as it wraps all the way around ... right now it looks like a U which has been driving me crazy since day one. Not only cause it's not right but because I really hate the the Miami Hurricanes and it looks like their stupid U. Ugh!

Do you mean it's only the little tray that gets exchanged?
I thought the armrest and the tray were one piece that couldn't be separated.

Maybe ... but he swapped all his woodgrain for the darker one of the Denali, including the armrest, so he wouldn't have ran into this issue.

pretty sure these pieces come apart. just GM doesn't SELL them separately. Sorta like the pretty chrome rings on the Escalade/Denali door panels. They do come off, but GM doesn't sell them alone.
