Should I tune before or after a DOD delete?
You will need the tune with AFM disabled to drive after you do the DOD delete.

So I should do the autocal tune first, then do the DOD delete and have you guys do a new tune after?
Yes, we can do that for you. We would have you download the tune files from the vehicle and email them to us. We will use those to build a base tune to get you running. Then you can use the AutoCal to data log and we will use that file to dial the tune in.
