WTF is this code and how do I fix it

2003 Yukon Denali throwing a C0279 code and because of this I can't bleed my abs module and have zero brakes

I found this online:


On vehicles with the JL4 option, the C0279 code sets when there is an open or short in the precharge motor circuit. Disconnect the precharge motor connector (#4 in the picture below) and use an ohmmeter to measure resistance of the precharge pump motor. The resistance should be 0.3 - 1.0 ohms. If the reading is outside of this range, the precharge pump motor and EBCM (abs/traction control module) must be replaced.

If the reading is in the proper range, just the EBCM has to be replaced.

Try removing ABS fuse? I know that disables the systems on the camaros, maybe it will help.
