Excellent points guys i will definitely check out SonicElectronix. I found a code for 20$ off from Crutchfield so that helps the price a bit, but if its like MOB said and SonicElectronix is 30 dollars cheaper, i would go with them easy.
I had some Memphis 6x9s in a truck a few years ago and i was pretty happy with them, i just don't hear much about them.
I will look at the ALPINE SPR-17C.

Great call on sonicelectronix, their prices are much better than crutchfield, I think it will come down to who has what in stock and how good a deal i can wrangle out of them with coupons, etc. All they can say is no!
