I haven't notice a difference on the output and I drive at night a lot. Yea I heard that too, but kept hearing people doing it too, I had to keep working it, I put it for about 15 min. Take it out and work it, I used a razor blade and kept working around the sealed part. I didn't know what the hell I was doing, just trying what ever came to mind. I put back in and repeat. I broke all the lil tabs that somewhat hold the headlight together. I read somewhere too were 300 is too hot, will melt. You need a good pair of gloves cause that damn headlight is hot.

Thanks!

Same color as yours, Mocha Steel.

3/4 drop (spindles and coils) on 22" Maxim 6 wheels wrapped in Goodyear Fortera 285/45/22

I just installed the drop, but the 1" rake is bugging me....may have to go 5" springs, or tow some heavy shit for awhile.

I like the way it sits. Why did you go w/coils up front and no drop struts? I want an extra inch but don't know which rides better.

I wanted spindles up front to keep the geometry correct, and debated on the additional inch, being struts or coils. I decided on coils because it only has 6k miles and it seemed like a waste to replace the struts....because I'm cheap.

Rides good though

How much did you pay for ur wheels and tires? I found some on eBay for 830 ish and damn Goodyear are 287 ea. almost 2 grand, 4 everything. I don't think Santa wants to pay that much.

Got the wheels on eBay last summer for a little cheaper, tires from Tire Rack were about $1000 shipped.

Holidays seem to jack the prices on almost everything.
