I know depo uses strong adhesives that come off well when heated and sonar lights which are somewhat popular as well use some type of concrete mix which makes it near impossible

Has anyone bought Recon HID lights? Www.gorecon.com has some nice ones.

Not sure but I have heard wonders about DDMtuning hid lights lifetime warranty

Projector Headlights

I didn't mean HID conversion kits, I meant to ask if anyone has bought the Recon Projector Headlights. They offer in two different styles, looks like a quality piece for the price. Thinking of ordering a set, will post pics once I install them.

Well I got my salvaged headlights today in the mail. Gonna stick em in the oven and see if I can pop them open..

Well, in that small hour since I last posted, I was able to get one open. Only had one minor oopsie as a I broke off the flange on one side. No big deal as it seems simple enough to glue back on and it is a spare. The second one should be much easier. I had to heat this one twice. On the second one, Im going to try for 265* at about 8 minutes, instead of 7 and see if its any easier. The glue was much more runny the second time around.

I used a TL projector with the Gatling Gun shroud since it looks like the Denali headlight bezel to start with.

Yeah, the Gatling shrouds seem like they were made for NNBS trucks, they match the oem headlight lines perfectly.

I love the TL Projectors. they light up the whole highway and has one of the sharpest cutoff line.
