Other than the double AL4, it appears identical to the build sheet I got from GM

Weird. Do your second row buckets have heat, as described in the build sheet? My '04 has AL4 but no heat in the 2nd row buckets.

Heated buckets or bench seats were available on the Denali or Esky

I seem to remember cooled rear seats are available on the Esky Plat

"Premium smooth ride" is just the name for the stock suspension most mid models received - no electric dampening. The Z71 system is stiffer for offroad, while "autoride" was the one that should have been called premium smooth ride (magnaride is an even more advanced version of autoride on the eskys back then). It costs a lot to replace, and only lasts 50-70k miles, but it is a lot smoother riding. I went with premium smooth ride on my current rig (from autoride before) to save money in long term maintence, and allow for bilstein 5100s or a lift. It bounces quite a bit more. Bilsteins will be my next upgrade...
