I have gremlins in my 2000 Denali again. The blower only blew on high yesterday. Blower motor resistor right? No, I replaced the part and no change. It blew on high with everything disconnected on the way to Autozone. So I said fine I’ll just disconnect the plug again to get high fan again, but no luck. I swapped out fuses and stilll no change. What could it be??

How can the blower run with "everything" disconnected? Define "everything."

If it’s the blower motor it’s going to be a pain. There is a bunch of crap in the way.
Is it different than a 2001?

Mine was pretty easy. Usually just drop that kick panel across the bottom of the dash on passenger side (three 7mm screws, or two if you don't want to mess with the one over the trans hump) and it's right there, along with the risistor pack and cabin filter

I got it working kind of. I pulled the dash apart and got the control unit out. There is a black plug with blue ears on it. Apparently it was loose. I wiggled it and I now have high and the one below high. Not sure if the other two work or not but I don’t care.
