Here is what I am dealing with in my aftermarket wheel life:
Bought a set of 22" KMC Slides with Lexani LX-Nine rubber in 305/40/22.
They showed up ready to mount onto the vehicle... already balanced, etc.
Balance job didn't seem the greatest... felt to me like what was a wobble in the...
Haven't been able to find a whole lot about this. Looking for some pictures/info on setups people have on here.
I have an LT that came without entertainment system and am thinking of adding one. I would like something larger than stock though. Maybe 15" or so?
Ideas on work involved...
I'm with you on that.
I think it will be either Husky or Weathertech for me. I do not want them but I absolutely need them. Have about 1/4mile of gravel to drive on that is either mud or slush or snow 90 percent of the time.
Hah thanks, I would have to agree.
I am still debating tinting the tails, they looked a fair bit better installed than they did sitting on the table. I just got a third brake light that is lightly smoked, I will see how that looks and might end up matching it to the tail lights.
I'm not...
Installed the slides today, I think they look great. Suburban sits about 3/4 to 1" higher in the front and back. Definitely lost the plushness of the OEM 17" wheels... Love the look though.
Also installed the clear lense/black housing G4 tail lights. I guess I didn't look at the pictures...
Will be doing something with the bow ties... thinking about getting rid of the front and color matching the rear.
There is a grille on ebay with vertical "bars" on it. Almost looks a bit like a lincoln type grille, or even the grille that the Buick Rainier had. Wondering what that would look...
Your Tahoe looks great. Definitely the look I am after. Great job there.

Couldn't decide between the G4 or the Bermuda Black tails for a little bit... finally decided on the G4. It was basically a coin...
Well, just ordered the 22" KMC Slides in black.
want to get rid of all the chrome on the vehicle, so chrome rims would have been a step in the wrong direction. Sounds like about 2 weeks for delivery, will post pics as soon as they are mounted.
I guess I did find one option in black that I liked, but the price is higher. KMC Slides in gloss black.
here is a pic of the Suburban now... stock.

Newb looking for wheel input... '10 Suburban (Updated w/ Pics)
Looking for some help/input with a set of wheels/tires on a dark grey suburban.
I like reasonably plain wheels, more specifically... 6 spoke. While chrome isn't necessarily what I was after, I just couldn't find any black wheels...
I was not happy with puncture resistance on the Duratrac tires. Had them on a Sierra in 265/75/16. I would probably say they were worse than the Silent Armor. Maybe it was just my bad luck, but that was my experience.
