    Well, my brand new Yukon Ultimate has been at the dealer for two weeks now and they cannot figure out how to fix the SC. Apparently GM is dispatching a tech to the dealership to try to figure it out. I'm pretty pissed off at this point.

    Well, it is now over a week and I still don't have my car back. They said it was a defective camera, then they couldn't get their laptop to sync with GM, and now it's still not working. Seems that they have no idea why. What is up with this GM? Very annoyed.

    Dropped off the car at the dealer yesterday. Not clear what exactly is the issue but they have to order a part. Pretty amazing that a brand new truck is delivered with a defective part. I guess GM's QC needs some upgrades.

    Tried everything I could. OnStar reset was last thing. SC just doesn't work. "SC not available". Bringing in to the dealer on Wednesday. $100K for a truck and the feature I was most excited about doesn't work.

    Thanks for the advice. Yes, there is a tax benefit for trade-in. If I get the mid of KBB, I would take it. I will use that as a gauge. They will sell my truck in one day. They would be foolish not to take it.

    I have a 2021 Yukon Z71. The keyless entry button has been working just fine until yesterday. Now it works to unlock the doors but when I press the door handle button to lock the doors, the yellow lights flash but the doors will not lock. Did I accidentally change something? Thanks
