    Yeah rust sucks. I had to do repairs in several different spots. Can't have anything nice around here lol. I'll probably have to end up doing rockers in a couple years as I'm sure the salt will take its toll on them eventually. Hopefully they get yours all sorted out with a repair that will last.

    @Tonyrodz I had the same issue with mine a couple years ago. Had some bubbling on the dog leg. Cut out the section to sandblast/replace metal and realized it was much worse underneath. Had to end up replacing all of the inner wheel well metal. Ended up coming out great though and hasn't shown...

    I did the same thing on my tahoe last summer. It functions great and no ugly hitch hanging beneath the roll pan. I just used some 2.5 inch square tubing and made some gussets for bracing.

    Wow the wheel and drop combo goes together nicely. Only recommendation I would have is to remove the tahoe badge from the doors. Nice ride for sure

    @Tonyrodz If you don't mind me asking, approximately how much of that $7700 was due to labor costs? Just curious because I have access to a facility and friends that would allow me to do most of if not all of the labor involved in the swap, other than the tune.

    @02_Tahoe I'd say color match the stock mirrors but if you get the tow mirrors I'd leave them black. That would be a lot of blue IMO

    @kwOH Yeah the escalade running boards are a direct fit. No modification needed. The end gaps don't fit against the body perfectly due to the lack of escalade body cladding but I just put some black door edge guard around them to tighten up the gaps.     Thanks @95escahoe and @Red Rocket @BADRIDES The tires are 285/45/22. They ride pretty good to me. Definitely more forgiving than when I had 24s. They don't rub either so that's always a plus.
