Once I get an IPOD, I plan on buying lockpick's IPOD adapter. You plug it into the XM module which is right behind your glove box. Here is the link.

You must love parking a Denali over there. I lived in Germany for 8 years. My 96 TA was...
Esky to Denali is about a $15k price drop which is huge. An Esky on 22s does look nice but the ride will suffer, as will performance. Denali's 20s are a nice compromise. Insurance difference would have been about $20 a month for me, which is about a 40% increase. There is also something...
I think they already have a sensor in the seat since it'll turn on the airbag and set off the seat belt reminder. Too bad GM can't figure this out, but some idiot will get in an accident while driving/using their NAV even with a passenger and then sue GM because it was possible for them to use...
I looked at the Escalade but I couldn't figure out why it cost $15-20k more than my Yukon XL Denali. Escalade has HIDs and a few other items but not $15k worth. They still have fake wood unless you get the platinum edition which is another $10k.
I had 4x4 in my Envoy and I really like AWD...
What was the dealer planning on doing for that amount? I don't let the dealer tell me what I need at certain mileage. I wonder if people that still change their oil at 3k change their air fliters at 12k. I usually go about 5-7k between changes. A dealer will be glad to show you the...
If an engine is designed to run on 91 then that is the way to go. On one designed to run with 87 it is a waste. I know the 6.2 requires premium on my Denali and in my Vette. I believe both owner's manual said performance will be reduced. I know both get less mpg with cheap gas.
However...
I have not yet. I still don't trust lawyers even if it is voluntary. They are giving you the choice to do it or not but lets just say you decide not to and your truck burns to the ground. Now you send a claim to the insurance company for the value of your car. Lets just say about $40-50k...
$100 is way too low in my opinion. I'll get mine done though because an insurance company can give you a bunch of problems if it does catch on fire and you try to claiim the damage. At least the subcontractor went out of business.
With my 09 Denali XL AWD I average around 13-14 around town, on the highway anywhere from 16-21mpg. The 16 was carrying 6 people/luggage into a strong headwind most of the day cruising at 80mph on the interstate part of the trip. I had an Acadia for a weekend and it actually got less gas...
I think you are talking about two different things. One is basically a timer that can be reset or automatically will at 99. The other is an engine run timer that I think can't be reset. At least my 09 Denali has it. I guess it'll let a future owner know if the vehicle has been idling for a...
Mine is the same. She only likes SUVs, first Trailblazer EXT, then Envoy Denali now Yukon XL Denali. She hates driving in snow and we got 7 inches of it the other night so the Denali was great.
If you never owned a black vehicle then I would suggest researching how hard they are to keep clean. I personally like your Tahoe better also and I own a Denali. The black on black just doesn't look that appealing to me.
I'll definitely give you credit for thinking about the family. That is something that just does not happen much these days. You must have loss a bunch of money on the Camaro since they have tons of them on the lots these days.
It sounds like a good deal, especially unlimited miles. They probably don't cover wear and tear items like the rotors/pads/battery. It sounds real good.
Here are a couple close ups of the weathertech mud flaps and also the ventureshield. The VS is barely noticeable, especially on a light car. Definitely a lot less noticeable than rock chips everywhere.
I always make them remove it when I buy my car. I tell them unless they want to pay me $100 a month to advertise their company it will be removed, otherwise I'll walk.
But dental floss works also with a hair dryer, then just remove the residue.
Right now we are all at the mercy of insurance companies. I'm with USAA and they raised my rates 20% in the last year due to an "updated risk assessment for your area". I never had a ticket and my wife's accident was almost 3 years ago. I checked around and they are still cheaper by around...
We are having a snow or rain shower every other day right now. I'll try to get a pic if the weather clears up some and I can clean it up a little, it should be decent tomorrow. The good thing is that white doesn't look dirty when it usually is.
I know what you are saying about paying this...
Just remember there is a TSB out there warning the dealers of the lockpick if you take your vehicle in for various problems such as starting, idiot light, etc. The only reason I'm hesitant in getting the lock pick is that GM can make it useless during a map update.
